It's Alive!!! (sort of)
Neville has now been here a week, his tyres have been pumped up which has lifted him a little bit more off the ground at the front (although the front tyres will need replacing). I've also put a bit of fuel and a battery in him and he's been fired into life once more... He's Alive.... although a bit rough.
The other day I was having a bit of a play replacing some ignition leads and I've fired him up and he sounded better but didn't really idle too well, then I noticed the fuel coming out he's split a fuel line, I'll get that fixed early next week
.
Within 2 weeks off having the garage to get him off the street and be able to start working on him properly.

Neville finds a new home
Neville arrived home today, delivered by tilt tray.
For the record Neville is a 1972 Type 3 'Notchback'. He hasn't really been going for the past couple of years and needs some TLC to get back on the road. He's been lowered and has 14" 'jellybean' mag wheels. The poor bugger is parked on the street outside at the moment but he'll have a nice dry garage when we move house next month.
